Mental Health Awareness Month serves as a reminder to check in with ourselves and with one another, while continuing to foster a workplace culture built on support, respect, and understanding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Life can bring challenges both at work and at home, and it\u2019s important to remember that no one has to navigate those challenges alone. Taking care of your mental well-being can look different for everyone \u2014 whether it\u2019s taking time to recharge, talking with someone you trust, practicing healthy habits, or reaching out for professional support when needed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This month, we encourage everyone to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Prioritize self-care and work-life balance<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Support coworkers with kindness and empathy<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Speak openly about mental health without stigma<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Utilize available wellness and support resources<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a reminder, all employees have access to a variety of free wellbeing resources through Insperity\u2019s wellbeing services. These resources are available to help support mental health, emotional wellness, stress management, work-life balance, and more.
